Client Access Request Form

By requesting access to the Mark Burch & Associates, Inc. website, you will have access to the client portal which allows you to upload sensitive documents to your accountant.  It will also allow you to view other documents on the website and automatically sign you up for our newsletter.  If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, you can opt-out at any time.

Passwords must be at least 7 characters in length and we encourage you to use a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers and/or special characters.
